A Note Before You Reach Out
While I am a licensed social worker and certified grief counselor, I cannot provide therapy through this site. But I can offer education, tools, conversation, and community spaces that help people understand and navigate their grief in a grounded, compassionate way.
If you’re in crisis or need immediate emotional support, please contact your local crisis line, 988, or a trusted helper in your support system.
If you are looking for grief counseling, I recommend you visit the Center for Loss to find a complete list of grief companions trained by Dr. Alan Wolfelt.
